By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Jooper Leads provides AI-powered software tools including:
- Lead management and CRM workflows
- Email outreach automation using connected inboxes (e.g., Gmail)
- Multi-sender email campaign management
- Email tracking and analytics
- Workflow automation solutions
Jooper Leads acts as a software platform enabling users to manage communication workflows and outreach campaigns.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Use the Platform for lawful business purposes
3. Account Registration & Authentication
To use the Platform:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Google Account Integration
You may connect your Google account via OAuth when adding a Gmail sender account.
By doing so, you authorize Jooper Leads to use these Google OAuth scopes:
Non-sensitive
openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile — identify your connected Gmail account in Jooper Leads
Sensitive
gmail.send — send campaign and sequence emails from your connected mailbox
Restricted
gmail.readonly — read messages and metadata to detect replies, bounces, and delivery status, and to show inbox threads in the app
Jooper Leads does not access or store unnecessary Gmail content beyond what is required to provide these features.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws
- Use unlawfully obtained or scraped data
- Violate GDPR, CAN-SPAM, India DPDP Act, or similar regulations
- Misrepresent identity or sender information
- Upload malicious content or attempt system intrusion
- Abuse email infrastructure or harm sender reputation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
5. Email Outreach & Gmail Usage
Jooper Leads enables email campaigns through connected inboxes (e.g., Gmail).
Important Clarifications
- Emails are sent directly from your connected account
- Jooper Leads acts as a facilitator, not the sender
- You are solely responsible for:
- Campaign content
- Recipient data legality
- Compliance with applicable laws
Metadata and Message Processing
Jooper Leads processes email data required for campaign operations, including:
- Message IDs
- Thread IDs
- Reply status
- Delivery status
- Engagement signals (opens, clicks)
- Message content transiently processed to send emails and detect replies in connected threads
Jooper Leads does NOT retain full email body content on its servers beyond what is necessary for sending operations and reply detection.
This architecture ensures:
- Minimal data exposure
- Compliance with Google API Limited Use requirements
- Reduced security and privacy risks
6. Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of all data you upload or process
- Jooper Leads processes data solely to provide services
- Prospect/lead data remains under your control
7. Payments & Billing
- Paid services are billed according to selected plans
- Payments are processed via third-party providers
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing with prior notice
- Suspend services for non-payment
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google, email providers).
Jooper Leads is not responsible for:
- Third-party service performance or availability
- Their data handling practices
- Actions taken within your connected accounts
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Update or modify features
- Temporarily suspend services
10. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Platform, including:
- Software
- Design
- Branding
- AI systems
are owned by Jooper Leads.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform
- Use Jooper Leads branding without permission
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse email systems or outreach features
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
You may terminate your account at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Jooper Leads is not liable for:
- Email deliverability issues
- Campaign performance outcomes
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, data, or business
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Jooper Leads harmless from:
- Claims arising from your use of the Platform
- Violations of applicable laws
- Improper use of prospect or customer data
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Jooper Leads' use of data complies with:
We do not:
- Sell user or prospect data
- Use Gmail data for advertising
- Store unnecessary email content
You may revoke Google account access at any time via Google Account permissions or by disconnecting your sender account in the Platform.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
15. Security Measures
We implement:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure OAuth-based authentication
- Token-based access (no password storage)
- Access control and monitoring
We do not store:
- Gmail passwords
- Full email content (beyond transient processing)
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
